What the service is

FocusMinny helps you commit to work, focus on it, and keep a record of what you finished. It includes AI features that plan your day and coach you through a session. Those features produce suggestions, not advice — what you do with them is your call.

Your account

Registration

Give accurate information when you register, whether by email or through Apple or Google. If we find false information we may suspend or terminate the account.

Security

Keep your credentials safe. We are not responsible for breaches caused by negligence — a shared password, or access you allowed.

The rules

You agree not to:

• Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes anyone's rights.
• Reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the app's code, data, or services.
• Use the app for fraudulent, malicious, or illegal purposes.
• Abuse the AI features — automated bulk requests, or attempts to make the model produce harmful content.

Breaking these rules may cost you the account.

What you write stays yours

Your promises, notes, and anything else you put into FocusMinny belong to you. We hold them to run the service, and we process them as set out in the Privacy Policy.

The app itself — its code, interface, and content — belongs to us. You get a limited, non-transferable licence to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, modifying, or redistributing any part of it without consent is prohibited.

Limits of liability

We aim for stable service, but we are not liable for interruptions, outages, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, including server failures or third-party disruptions.

FocusMinny is not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. It is a focus tool, not a medical, psychological, or professional service.

Subscriptions

Making and keeping promises is free. FocusMinny Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the AI companion, planning with Minny, the full record, custom lengths, repeating promises, and the background sounds.

Paying for it

• The plans available to you, and their prices in your currency, are shown in the app before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account on confirmation of purchase.
• It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
• Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects you, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Cancelling on iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Choose FocusMinny, then Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling on Android

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Choose FocusMinny, then Cancel subscription.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us.

Ending it

You may stop using FocusMinny at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to get your data out.

Changes to this agreement

We may update these terms as the app changes. If we do, we will tell you in the app or by another appropriate method. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
